Lakme Absolute Kohl Ultimate Kajal - Review & Swatch

Today I am reviewing a kajal from Lakme Absolute Range. It is my most favourite kajal, blackest black kajal I ever used.

I am very addicted to this kajal, I quite regularly use this kajal, that is why the stick is looking small.

Description : 

The first of its kind water-resistant, smudge-proof, jet black kohl pencil for the perfect smokey eye. 

Its unique moisturising ceremides soothe and soften lashes. Safe to apply inside the eye while giving the ultimate, long lasting, jet black lines.

MY TAKE ON THE PRODUCT

Packaging : 

It comes in a black pencil form with a rubber tip smudger. For me the smudger is a bit of waste. I prefer using a smudge brush or a pencil brush.

The pencil is made of a plastic body and it is little difficult to sharp, but with a bit more pressure it can be sharped nicely.

Texture : 

The texture is soft, creamy and smooth. It glides every easily on both eyelids and waterline.

It doesn't irritate my eyes. 

Pigmentation : 

It is the blackest black kohl kajal. The color is very intense and stays for long time.

Staying Power : 

The best part of this kajal is its staying power. It stays for an easy 10 hours on my waterline.

It doesn't smudge or give raccoon eyes.

It sets very quickly after application so if one want to smudge the kajal for a smokey eye, must be very quick in smudging.

The GOOD :

The BAD : 

1. Expensive.

2. Product wastage while sharpening.

3. Gets used up quickly.

Overall Verdict :

Lakme Absolute Kohl Ultimate Kajal is perfect, though it is expensive, it is so good. A MUST HAVE in every girl's collection. It is the best kohl I have ever used. I highly recommend this, if you are a kajal lover.
